- How do I find my Sweet Spot?

So a big question for business owners, coaches and people is HOW DO I BUILD MY BRAND? I hear this a lot from other coaches and clients in my masterminds and one on ones. I get it, you have a message that can change the world with your story, your product, or your offering. And if you know you have something on the inside of you, that greatness I talk about every week… you know, you need to give that away to the world. And you should! You should be intentional about developing the brand so that you can give your brightest to the world; rarely does it just happen. There are courses, books, and coaching that you can do for months and months. But today I am going to get you started with four simple points. First, if you have a brand, feel free to share it below in the comments!
I’m not a pro but I do have a lot of experience. Seriously the thing that took me to the next level was a branding company called The Brand Builders Group. Rory Vaden is amazing. His team is amazing. Highly, highly recommend them. Let me know if they sound like something you need and I can connect you if you’re interested in something like that. So a lot of what I’ll share with you is what I’ve learned on this journey of building my own brand; brand builders, mentors, and some personal experience.
You’ve got to know who you serve. If you want to build a brand, you need to know who it is that needs what you have to offer. That comes in the form of an avatar or an ideal client. You need to get clarity about who it is that needs what you have to offer. If we try to serve everybody, you are going to be ineffective. If you’re like, I serve all business owners. Nope, Nope, no, no, no, no. You need to get a niche into a clear audience that you serve, that you serve best. Something Rory Vaden taught me, “the people that you’re best equipped to serve are often the person you once were. I know who I was five years ago, that’s one best equipped to serve.
Some people that are getting started and building a brand and growing a business, Form the ground up to scaling and growing: that’s who I serve. That’s my ideal client, avatar, with a little more details, but I know who I serve!
Knowing the people you serve is only part of it, you have to know what problems they have. And know how you are able to solve that problem. It could be obscurity. It could be overwhelming. It could be a lack of clarity. My problem that I solve in one word in one word is powerlessness. I help people take back their power and create a life that they love. I help them step into life so that they can have it all. That’s my message. My message is you can have it all.
Personally, I am on a mission to eradicate the feeling of powerlessness. The wasted potential out of my client’s life. You get around me and I will help you to shake out any feeling of powerlessness. I’m going to give you the tools to be equipped, to step into your destiny and to fulfill your destiny.
You’ve got to add value. Now, I know that might sound a little cliche. Everybody says that, but you know why? Because it’s true. You’ve got to add value. You’ve got to be focused on serving well.
I’m going to give so much. I’m going to give so much value. I’m going to change so many people’s lives that people will be asking to pay me.
I tell you what, when I serve my clients, they are grateful to pay me and in return I help them eradicate that feeling of powerlessness in their lives. I’m serving them at a high level.
I know who I serve. I know the problem I solve. What’s the vehicle for me adding value? One of the greatest vehicles that we all have available; social media. It doesn’t matter if it is Clubhouse, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or Linkedin (pick a few when you are starting out-don’t try to do it all, and do the ones you choose well!!); that’s where you are really going to start adding value.
I do it for free, I add value and I am going to continue to add value. When you do that long enough, people are going to start coming to you and saying, “Hey I want what you have. I want more of that.”
So don’t hold back. One of my favorite Brand Builder’s Quotes: Save the BEST for First, not the best for last. You have got to show up and give what you can to help people. And you know what? They’re going to pay for you to execute, to implement, to apply it specifically into their business and into their life.
What do you do to build your brand? This is it. This is the big kahuna.
If you don’t do this last one… Inconsistency is the kiss of death. I don’t care if you’re doing it on a social media platform or if you’re creating live events or if you’re doing masterminds, it doesn’t matter. You have to show up consistently! And guess what? That doesn’t mean just showing up consistently in time. That means showing up consistently as who you are. I’m not perfect. I got a long way to go. But this energy that I show up with, I am consistent in showing up like this and serving you and adding value to your life.
I don’t know at all, I don’t have all the answers. I can’t fix everything. I’m going to be consistent. I’m going to show-up consistently myself, congruent with who I am. That means I’m not going to talk to you about something I don’t know. I’m not going to contradict my beliefs, my convictions, by something I say to you right now, I’m going to be consistent with my identity. And I’m going to consistently over time show up to serve you.
Which one of those do you need to grab hold of today to build your brand? Which one do you need to do to become more effective at building your brand?
Let me know how I can support you in any way, maybe it is an introduction to Brand Builders (happy to give to you, not the purpose of this blog, BUT THEY HAVE TAKEN MY BUSINESS TO THE NEXT LEVEL!), just let me know.
I want to serve you, I want to add value. I live it, last night I got on Facebook and a guy asked me a question… I was like, Dude, Let’s jump on a call. I think I can help you with that. I was not pitching him, not trying to sign him up. It was just me spending 30 minutes and adding value. So I hope this added value for you today.
This is where we go out there and give your best to the world because somebody needs what is on the inside of you. And that’s what building your brand is all about. So go out there and give your greatness to the world. I love you guys have an amazing day.
